Our facility operates with a Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) system, ensuring that wastewater generated during operations is treated and reused within the plant rather than being released into the environment. This allows us to significantly reduce water consumption while ensuring our manufacturing activities remain compliant with environmental standards.
Vigro is currently installing an in-house solar power generation system. Once operational, this system will enable a significant portion of our electricity requirements to be met through renewable energy, contributing to lower emissions and more sustainable manufacturing practices.
Material quality and supply chain transparency are critical for both product performance and sustainability. We work with trusted suppliers such as Tata Steel, enabling us to source high-quality raw materials directly from responsible and established producers. This approach strengthens traceability and ensures consistency in the materials used across our production processes.
Vigro was established to strengthen supply chain control and improve material consistency within our group's manufacturing ecosystem. Through our vertically integrated operations — including in-house wire drawing capabilities — we maintain tighter process control, reduce supply chain dependencies, and optimise resource efficiency throughout production.
As our operations expand, we are continuously evaluating opportunities to improve energy efficiency, expand renewable energy usage, and strengthen responsible sourcing practices across our supply chain.
